How do I return or exchange an item?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.

When will I receive my order?

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation to the address on file. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

Processing times for orders are typically 1 - 5 business days before shipment, depending on the item’s delivery method. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) may be processed the following business day, and orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting at 9:00 AM (GMT) the next business day. During peak periods, processing times may exceed 5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information to keep you updated on the progress of your delivery.

How do I know the item will fit me?
